StrongFlex is a self-paced flexibility and handstand training program built on the Kintortion Method and other proven mobility techniques.
Our approach blends prehab and strength exercises with controlled, repetitive movements to improve stamina and build lasting flexibility.

Can I train with an injury?
The answer: it depends.
I am not a medical professional, so I always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity.
If your healthcare team has approved this type of exercise for you, then absolutely—you’re welcome here. I always ask about any restrictions, limitations, or previous injuries before designing your training plan. This allows me to identify areas we can strengthen first, ensuring your program is safe, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs as you progress toward more advanced movements.
How quickly will I see results?
Flexibility looks different for everyone. We all have unique starting points, body types, strengths, and experiences. That’s why your journey and results will be personal to you.
You might not achieve a full split in 12 weeks—while it’s possible, it isn’t typical. What you can count on is noticeable progress in strength, active flexibility, stamina, control, and coordination.
Building flexibility starts with building strength. If you’re new, you’ll likely see the biggest improvements in your strength, body awareness, and coordination. For those who are more advanced, expect to see even greater gains in strength and stamina, along with a deeper understanding of how to execute complex tricks and transitions.
Will my program be updated?
When you join the StrongFlex Max program, your 12-week journey is customized based on your current level and goals. Every few weeks, your plan will be updated with new progressions and personalized tweaks. It’s like adding fresh flavors to your favorite dish—the core stays the same, but the experience evolves as you improve.
If you choose the StrongFlex Basic program, your program will stay consistent throughout your 24 weeks, without updates.
At the end of your program, you can enroll in a new StrongFlex plan with exercises tailored to your progress or designed to help you build new skills.

What if I want more feedback sessions?
If you’d like more personalized feedback, your StrongFlex program gives you access to discounted 1-hour online private sessions. This is a great option if you’re in StrongFlex Basic, which doesn’t include feedback submissions, or if you want real-time support, answers to your questions, or extra guidance beyond what your program provides.
Private session rates:
- Original Price: $100/hr
- StrongFlex Basic: $95/hr
- StrongFlex Mini: $90/hr
- StrongFlex Max: $85/hr
How do I sign up?
Once you’ve chosen your session, sign up for your StrongFlex program by completing the onboarding form here.
After you submit the form and your photos, we’ll review your details and send you a payment link—either for monthly payments or a full upfront payment, whichever you prefer. Once your payment is received, we’ll get started on creating your personalized program and set everything up for you!
